The CUTANA™ ATAC-seq kit is compatible with eukaryotic cells (including fresh, cryopreserved, adherent, and suspension) and flash-frozen tissues (including freshly extracted and cryopreserved nuclei). If using cryopreserved nuclei as starting material, skip cell harvest and nuclei extraction steps (steps 6-15 of Section II: Nuclei Extraction) in manual.

Sample quality and nuclei preparation can influence experimental success. Refer to this article for guidance on assessing nuclei quality before tagmentation.
