Reaction Details comprise the metadata essential for correctly aligning FASTQ files to the corresponding genome. This ensures the delivery of subsequent experimental data files to the end user for analysis. These metadata include:
FASTQ Prefix: This is the portion of the FASTQ filename shared uniquely by the R1 & R2 read pair. E.g., 22AA001_IgG_K562_500K_K-Met_S83_L001
Short Name: A unique name that distinguishes reactions, to be used for labeling figures in the analysis outputs. Reactions with the same Organism tag must have unique Short Names.
Organism: A dropdown selection of organisms with available reference genomes. E.g., “Human”, “Mouse”, “Drosophila”.
CUTANA Spike in: Specify the SNAP-CUTANATM Spike-in panel used in this reaction or select "None". Do not leave this field blank.
CUTANA Spike in Target: A dropdown selection to identify the on-target spike-in for the reaction.
E.coli Spike in: If this reaction contains CUTANATM E.coli Spike-in DNA, select “Yes” and the sequences will also be aligned to the E. coli reference genome.
The Reaction Details table also contains optional fields for experimental metadata, which can be helpful for record keeping and reaction identification. Additional metadata fields can be added and removed from the “Customize Columns” menu in the Reactions tab.
