At this time, EpiCypher has validated the Fiber-seq QC for 6mA service for human and mouse samples only. If your organism’s genome is smaller than 3.1Gb, the 100Mb of data received should be sufficient to assess Fiber-seq success. If your organism’s genome is larger than 3.1Gb, we recommend performing a full Fiber-seq run and then performing a down-sampling experiment of that data to determine the minimum data necessary to achieve Fiber-seq QC data that is predictive of deeper sequencing.
Can I use Plasmidsaurus QC-sequencing for non-human samples?
