In CUTANATM Cloud, an Experiment serves as a centralized hub within a Project for conducting CUT&RUN or CUT&Tag analyses. It allows users to upload paired-end FASTQ files, organize their desired analysis, store generated files, and explore results. Users can also monitor alignment outcomes and access subsequent analysis files produced during the alignment process.
Creating an Experiment is constituted of three steps:
Experimental Details: Provide the experiment name, select (CUT&RUN/CUT&Tag), and add any other relevant details in Description.
FASTQ Upload: Integrate FASTQ.gz files into the experiment.
Reaction Sheet Creation: Supply experimental specifics for FASTQ processing during data analysis.
