The purpose of this platform is to get data aligned and peaks called - the major bioinformatic hurdle for many wet lab scientists. Common downstream analyses not supported here include differential enrichment, row-linked heatmaps, PCA plots, Pearson correlation, GO Terms, and Motif analysis.
