The CUTANA™ ATAC-seq Kit uses an optimized workflow adapted from the Omni-ATAC-seq protocol [1]. The Kit contains modifications to streamline the assay for speed, ease of use, and superior signal-to-noise at low nuclei inputs. If you have an established workflow, CUTANA™ Tn5 Transposome can be used as a drop-in replacement for your current enzyme. For detailed information, on how to build your own ATAC-seq protocol, see the Omni-ATAC-seq publication [1]. Note: For best results, we recommend the CUTANA™ Nextera-Compatible CDI Primer Set 1 (EpiCypher 14-1190-24rxn). These Nextera-compatible ATAC primers are a few bases longer than Nextera primers, and are more efficient at generating libraries under EpiCypher’s PCR conditions as compared to Nextera primers.
