While some other vendors’ library prep kits are compatible with CUT&RUN DNA, the CUTANA™ CUT&RUN Library Prep Kit (EpiCypher 14-1001) is specifically designed to accommodate low input samples and preferentially amplify CUT&RUN-sized fragments. We have found that other kits often require modifications to their protocol in order to obtain similar results.
