How stable is CUTANA™ Tn5 Transposome? Will multiple freeze/thaws of from storage at -80ºC lead to lost activity? Should I aliquot the enzyme?

The CUTANA^TM Tn5 Transposome has no observable loss of activity for up to 10 cycles of freeze-thaw when frozen at -80ºC and thawed on ice. If you anticipate accessing this aliquot more than 10 times, make smaller aliquots the first time it is thawed. Long-term storage at temperatures ≥4ºC is not recommended and will result in observable loss of activity within days to weeks.
