# Search CUT&RUN/Tag Publications

Each row in this database corresponds to a unique combination of sample type and target in the indicated publication. For this reason, where the paper reports multiple CUT&RUN/Tag experiments on different sample types and/or targets, one publications may be listed in multiple rows. We recommend using this database as a resource from which to gather information about sample prep for your sample type, and/or the catalog number and vendor of antibodies that have worked to your target in CUT&RUN/Tag in the hands of other researchers.
