If you are using the CUTANA CUT&RUN Kit (EpiCypher 14-1048), please use the kit manual.

If you are performing CUT&RUN with the standalone CUTANA pAG-MNase (EpiCypher 15-1016/15-1116) and home-made buffers, please follow the current version of the CUTANA CUT&RUN DIY Protocol.
