Why are there no peaks in my Bioanalyzer/TapeStation results?

If you see no peaks or enrichment in your Bioanalyzer/TapeStation traces, consider the following:

Are you analyzing CUT&RUN DNA yields are purified sequencing libraries?

• Remember, Bioanalyzer/TapeStation analysis is only to be conducted on prepared sequencing libraries and NOT raw CUT&RUN DNA.
